We meet once a week for 8 weeks in a small group setting. It’s part nutrition instruction (get ready to have most of what you’ve been taught your entire life flipped on it’s head) and part support team (the people in your program will become your new best friends).
You will learn how to interpret your body’s distess signals and give it what it really needs.
It doesn’t matter if you’re an omnivore, vegetarian, or vegan, you’ll learn exactly what to eat for vibrant health for your body. No pills, point systems, or magic potions.
